Come to Corvallis, Oregon. I typically see about 10 Westfalia Vanagons and 10 Vanagons per day. All on the road, driving. I suspect Corvallis has one of the highest Vanagons/Westfalias per capita in the United States (only 50,000 people). Heck, there are 6 Vanagons within a single block radius of my house (I own only one of those), 3 being Westys. Those numbers would be 7 and 4 if my Westy weren't parked in Portland.
In recent years Corvallis has also been in the top three for patents per capita. Maybe there's a correlation? Didn't A. G. Bell drive a ................?
