On a recent business trip to New Orleans I spotted 5; a burgundy one in the French quarter, a silver one passing my hotel one morning, a white syncro near the western terminus of the St. Charles streetcar line and two (1 yellow/white, 1 two-tone blue) on the lot of Donated Vehicles For Sale on Canal Street (spotted from that streetcar). Interestingly, all were hardtop passenger vans. Also at the DVFS lot, it looked like a dad and son were stopped for a look and the teenaged boy was pasted up against the side of the blue van seriously checking it out.
