my agent hooks me up with the "drives no more than 25 miles per day"
discount.  this sounds like its a electronic version of this that keeps a
actual total.  the other ones i have read about insurance companies
employing use gps.  the skeptic in me says it sounds like a carrot as i
believe that the courts just ruled that the auto companies can't put the
"black data boxes" in to collect data.
