I usually start bugging "slow shippers" via email on day 6, asking about tracking information if I haven't heard from them yet. I email every couple days until I get to 2 weeks, then (this has only happened a couple times) I start getting ornery and threaten the dreaded Negative Feedback and (even worse) a fraud refund request via paypal, which can sometimes end up with the seller's checking account being frozen! They usually respond to that.

>I won a tool on E-bay, to be used on my Vanagon Syncro. >I got a good deal on it and the seller knows it. I payed >for it the very next day with paypal. I haven't heard >from the seller, since I won the deal, 6 days ago. I think >he knows that he is selling this tool to cheap therefore, he >has made no effort to contact me. What would you do?
