Other than leave bad feedback, I don't know that there's much you can do. In my case, the seller is miffed at me and now he says that there's no reason other than his preference for driving to let his van "rest" every two hours. He now says that he's willing to have the van delivered to me, but I have to pay for it first. He's not offering to have it driven to me, by the way.

If he succeeds in banishing me from Ebay, it will be a small price to pay to avoid taking on someone's problem vehicle that was not advertised as such.

I bought my first Vanagon 10 years ago with the full knowledge it had a weak engine, but the seller was up front about its history--and all I had to do was get it home 9 miles. Not a purchase I've ever regretted.
