Subject: Ground wire woes
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hello all, I am in the process of tearing down a 2.0 engine from an 80 aircooled westy. I had all the wires marked, or so i thought, except one. If you are looking down in the engine compartment from the rear of the van...near the top of the passenger side head there is a large bolt with a ground wire coming off of it, with a small white 2 wire connector on the end...I cannot find this connector anywhere on anything else (wiring harness, alternator, etc...) Any clues where it might go to? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please pmail me with any help. -Erin Randolph
