Subject:      '85 non-AC Rad. Fan Resistor?

1985 1.9l water-box with no A/C.  Radiator fan 'low
speed' doesn't work.  'High speed' does.

Is it a failed rad. fan resistor?  If so, who sells
them or has one for sale?

(the archieves tell me that typically the resistor is
the problem but i have no evidence that an '85 non-AC
has the resistor)
