You will need to replace the spindles, calipers, rotors w bearings, and the hoses. The later set up does offer the advantages of a thicker (15mm vs. 13mm) rotor, a larger single piston caliper and more pad surface area. Depending on pad quality and use, increased pad life is realized. Additional benifit is realized by using the proper OEM shoes on the rear. The delaer supplied shoes use a semi mettalic lining that works better than any after market. Unfortunately they are expensive.
