I own a lot of junk, but no scale. I'd guess about 160 to 170 pounds.

There are ribs in the roof, I step on those, or near the edges. The corners don't flex at all. I jump up to the roof to load or unload bikes from the roof rack. Other than the black-rubber-shoe foot prints, no damage as far I can tell.
