Yes and the calipers stay cooler, and can apply more force againts the rotor than the older calipers. but the older rotors have larger diameter than the 86'+ rotors

I did not know this, i might buy them.....i need all the stopping power i can get for my beast. I did not know that i will need newer spindles....this changes my total costs, especially if i buy new parts. and brings me closer to the price of the SA big brake kit which is very tempting now.
