Alan, That Parcel tray will drop out of the Van. Remove all the screws in the front behind the driver's head, and back by the closet. Look above the tray by the pop top supports. There are more screws there. When the tray drops down and out you'll find the upper portion of it and the wooden lower are made to seperate. Take some more screws out that holds them together. You'll soon find the wiring your looking for .
