    Not true.  Please read my wiring  directions carefully at > _Vanagon
Headlamp Relay  Upgrade_ (http://members.aol.com/Fkc43/hdltrela.htm) .  The fuses
are still fusing the headlamps.  The problem  you may be having is your making
the connection at the wrong side of the fuse,  read and follow the directions
carefully.  I install these relay in my  customers vans frequently and
encounter no problems.
