I love good drip/espresso coffee. I'd drink Blue Mountain French roast
all day if I could. But there's something about camping that calls for
percolated coffee and the rich woody taste it creates. My (adult) kids
watch with fascination as I pull out the old percolator and make great
coffee, they're still trying to figure out how I know when it's done.
But they do agree it's the best for the woods.


Publix Columbian is a good coffee to run through the percolator.


Drinking coffee made any other way would be like drinking chardonnay
with an oil change.. it just doesn't work. ; )
