Hi gang ---- we're heading to Cape Cod on Saturday and after about a week there intend to head back in a leisurely manner through New Hampshire, southern Maine and Vermont. Any recommended camping spots/must see's/must do's would be appreciated.

Doug, go through Townsend, VT. I was just there for LiMBO's West River Westys event and the area is beautiful. Huge mountains and lots of rivers & steams and camping spots galore. We were camped just below the dam at Townsend in a private campground but you can stay at the Dam site also. Nearby in Westminster, VT. is John's Car Corner, which if you miss you will be sorry. Easy to find on route 25, there are signs leading you to John's from every direction. Truly a remarkable place ! John's a great guy, has a VW repair facility with a HUGE amount of used parts, Vanagons, Eurovans, Buses & Splitties in a 25 acre yard to pick through. Plan to spend a whole day there as I did picking through all the Vans. Right outside of Boston going south is a state park campground which is pretty cool. Don't remember the name but easy to find on any map. Good spot if you want to hang in Boston as it's only a few miles into centre town. Cape Cod is good too been up the Cape many times. Right at the beginning of the Cape where the bridges are, are a few nifty spots, private campgrounds and state parks. That's where LiMBO used to hold Campers on Cape Cod which I attended a few times. Best place though is all the way to the end at P town. good camping spots everywhere. Good beaches, nifty shops, good food, you won't want to leave ! Have a good one. Rita and I leave for Burning Man and all points in-between on Monday. Ending up at Westys at Watkins on the October 1st week end. See ya up the road somewhere !

Cheers,
