A non-westy owner looks at this and doesn't understand what is being done
that is considered to be illegal. What is the problem, and what kind of
law is being violated by using a bucket? Is such a violation unique to a
Westy? I will save my cynical, smarmy remarks until I understand better
what the issue is  :-)
