Subject: dealer cost on coolant
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

I am making a trip to the dealer tomorrow morning to buy a case of blue coolant so I can flush and fill all 3 of my car's systems. Does anyone know the dealer cost on the blue stuff? I know the dealer has a wide range of prices that they can charge and I want to get the best deal possible (I want Camelback prices at my local dealer).

Last time I was at a dealer in Florida and they wanted over $16 a bottle! I talked them down to $14 but I still feel I got screwed. I can claim to be in the "VW Club" and usually get 10% off. Any other suggestions on how to get this stuff cheap from a parts department?

Thanks, Nathan Wood Columbia, MO 85 Westy 87 Syncro 92 Corrado SLC
