For those of you that want to build your own camper, I have a sink and water kit that includes a fresh water and grey water tank that you use inside your van.

About the worst I've had with the grey water tank is that it can get quite moldy inside if you leave it in there a couple of days.

This is grey water and not black water so you shouldn't experience any dangerous gasses.

You will find our kit on our website under EuroVan Camping Accessories - or, http://eurocampers.com/EVKitchen.html
