Brian,
   Of all the changes that one can make,  this is not a bad
one.  This will keep the engine more in the power band
and obviously run the engine more efficient.  Problem
is the cost.  Its not woth selling blood for.  The monies
saved will not out weigh the power gained and fuel saved.
