Satan worship... only if you're coming Stan.
Nudity... yes.
Tatoos... You don't need BM for that, go anywhere. Try the Navy.
Drugs... somewhat, not as much as you might think.
Wierd lights... definitely.
Stench... nope, too much wind for that.
Tons of entertainment and interesting people... most definitely.

That's terrible, but you will still have the drinking, Satan worship,
nudity, tattoos, drugs, weird lights at night and vast amounts of stench
from human sweat mixed with sand and human urine.
That should make up for the absence of dogs.
