Subject: headlights and relays oh my -- Part II fuse panel relay
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

About those high watt lights. I just called my local Vanagon parts house (Autocraft -- VW that's all they do) and asked the owner about this. He told me there is a relay already in place in the fuse panel. The relay is $27.00 so it appears the on/off switch and high/lo switch are protected.

What say the masses (I'm not familiar at all with the wiring of the headlights on the Vanagon)
