I just got back to CA after driving thru texas, NM, and AZ. The only safe
place for my dog from El Paso to Laguna during the day was inside my AC'd van.
There were places I couldn't even let her out to pee because the ground was so
damned hot.
DONT take your dog to burning man. It would qualify as cruelty to animals.
