Yes, but it's pretty much the whole headlight (minus the bulb), as the
outside lens is not separately replaceable.

Since these headlights are about $100 each(!!), I'd recommend a set of
lexan headlight covers to protect your new headlights. They pay for
themselves about three times over if they prevent just one stone from
hitting your headlight.
