If you have cut the copper propane tube, this will help you in future fridge removal. Cut it again up behind the fitting to the fridge and run a flexible hose down to the supply part of the tube. I have some flexible tubing that I use to go from one part of the copper tube to the back of the fridge, This really helps as all I have to do is loosen the clamps and that's it. FWIW I use 2 clamps on each end.

FWIW, I have been able to undo the fridge and stove propane connecdtions by going in through up under the sink with 2 spanners. It's tight, but I've done it. Also another option is to remove the sink top. See my post http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind9909A&L=vanagon&P=R12789 M
