Surprisingly, they're a standard size, and you can get them at your local fabric/craft store. They usually have kits which include the tool and die needed to install them (basically just hitting the tool with a hammer). There are a couple of different sizes, so take something for comparison.

Mostly press fit, but the ends (especially in front, where it curves) may need some help. I used contact cement (Pliobond).
