My husband tells me that at some point in recent years all the bulb #s were changed; I discovered this when I bought one listed in my 1987 book but it turned out to be incorrect.

The Owners Manual (88 GL) lists an 89, but at the Flaps, I had to get a Sylvania 1893. Didn't think to see if that was any dimmer than the original.
