Just so that people don't assume I'm more of an idiot that I already am, please note these axles come assembled with boots on (just add grease and install). I do recall one report of an empi axle with something (a retainer?) in backward. I, frankly, didn't dissemble them to check before installation. When I have some time, maybe I'll do that. Tim |
