--------------------- Clip --------------------------- Just a stupid question. I just got back from the Finger Lakes Web Site and was wondering why people develop web pages that are only viewable on a 21" computer monitor. With my 17" and 19" monitors I have to scroll up, down and now sidewise too. It's just too much so I seldom stay for more than that first splash that tells me that it's going to be a PITA to read anything. I don't think I'm anything close to a web programming guru but my site shows good on 14, 15,17, 19 inch screens without that crab walking exercise. Stan Wilder ------------------------------------------------------- I looked at that site with my 17" monitor and did not need to scroll sideways to see the entire page. I think it depends on how you have your monitor's resolution set. Michael J My VW web page: http://www.velocity.net/~vickrail/moshevw.htm |
