Should be something in the archives about this but I cannot remember who posted the idea. A plastic rifle case fits nicely. I used some AL straps which slip into the groove on one frame rail and are bolted onto the other. Only problem is you need to crawl under there and unbolt it to get to the stuff. I carry only emergency supplies, e.g. tools, jumper cables, etc.

The original poster warned about not trying to cross into Canada. They don't like the idea of carrying guns.

While we're talking storage, I also carry a rifle case in place of the upper bed as part of a "storage system". The rifle case is on the passenger side and velcro'd to the top. It's nice for long things like hiking poles and it need not be removed- just pop the top and open the case. It's long and thin enough to use most of the space under the top all the way to the back.

Has anyone installed an undercarriage storage bin/box under the sliding = door...seems you could get several additional cubic feet of storage = space...what are your thoughts...Chuck....

If someone make these let me know...
