I installed a Pioneer DEH-P4500MP last year and it fit perfectly. Had to rewire the harness but that did not cause any trouble. I picked this one firstly because it fit and secondly because of the MP3 capability. Cost was $299.00 Canadian Tire. I think the price has dropped to 239.00 this year.

Did not change the speakers, so I can't help you there.
