blaupunkt and some other companies make 4" component sets, ie: 4"
midrange and 1" tweeter.  You would just have to compliment that with
an 8" subwoofer under the rear seat, and you would be good to go
(fwiw: an 8" bazooka tube is decent enough to fill the soundspace of
the van).
