You can either make one yourself or buy. There were a few vendors offering them in Europe such as Winkler. In the US, I think VanAgain in NJ used to offer them. Possibly Detlev at International Motors in Livermore, CA. Those were from EU and may have been manufactured as a longer arm.

I had one made by a local welder. He cut the hinge arm. Then drilled and tapped each end. Installed a threaded rod. Then filled the void with welding rod. After which, he ground to match the original contour. Cost me $50. Unfortunately, I lost track of this fellow. I see on the Samba that Eric D. is offering to lengthen your hinge arms for $225.

Don't forget that you also need to relocate the sliding door stop.
