I've put just over 200 gallons in two times now. The big advantage to such a large tank is that I can fill up where fuel is less expensive; its usually 10-15 cents less per gallon in Georgia than Florida. I drove from Orlando to Houston and got fuel in Houston, some of the cheapest fuel prices in the nation. Plus the 12.5kw diesel generator will run for a month on a tank of fuel if I need it to. I think you would be suprised at the amount of fuel most trucks and busses are carrying around. You find out quickly when you go to a truck stop and use the high speed pumps that deliver about a gallon of fuel a second; it doesn't take long to drop $300 at the Flying J.
