I am quite sure the Sprinter from the factory is 2-wheel drive only. There may be after market conversions.

So with the exception of the 4x4 in the link above, I cant find anything on any of the sites about the drivetrain. Just out of curiosity, is the sprinter 4WD, FWD, RWD???
