This easy. I just did 3 of these. Work from the middle of the Van. I've had problems over the years with ice hanging on the cable in the winter. Everyone I put in get a minnor mod. that holds the cable up on the bottom of the floor. This will prevent this icing problem. Cables are usually rust, witch causes them to get sticky. New cable are covered in a thin nylon tube to prevent rusting.
