Dear Killer Juniper,

The City officials realized their mistake. They agreed we can
block-off all the spaces as this was their oversight.

Since the area is now bounded by the construction chainlink fence, we
can easily get the 40 spaces fropm what would nromally be the roadway
for the other spaces.
