If the reverse lockout pawl is inserted the wrong way it can allow the trans to occasionally select two gears at once. It happened to me with the beefed 091 I put in my 75 with 3.6-liter alloy pushrod hemi Toyota V8. On a trafficlight on the main street at 8PM on Friday...
