Subject: In-line water purifiers?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; format=flowed

I searched the archives for water purifying, but only found references to tablets etc. I have an MSR Microworks for hiking that attaches to a Nalgene bottle (but it's soooo sloooow) and was thinking it would be really nice to install an in-line purifier/filter to the water storage tank. I paraglide and hike a lot and routinely drink over a gallon a day so it would be nice to have something like this in the Westy for quick camelback refills etc. All I can find at Home Depot/on the internet etc. are home-type filters for things for chlorine etc. Interested more in removing bacteria/viruses and will likely be filling the tank a lot from alpine streams with gallon jugs (watching out for pump killing sediment!). Thanks for any info/links.

PS - Great list, glad I found it!
