Hi Ben, I remember that as being one of the most productive engine pulls I'd ever experienced. But don't forget to mention that the middle hour and a half of the three hours was spent standing around waiting for someone to show up with parts for us. I did another engine drop on the same bus at home in my driveway recently to replace the clutch disk, and while working alone the engine was on the ground in 70 minutes. Putting it back up took me 75 minutes. Not a problem at all when you know what you're doing.
