It's just amazing how some Vanagon owners are happy to fight list members' good suggestions, rejecting one of the most basic amenities in Vanagon, one of the most spartan vehicles around. Not the first, sure not the last.Just bent on freezing themselves or anyone riding as passenger(this one was impossible to predict?)Care much? Wait for real winter to come... Sure, some of us love cold for sure. But how many are throwing heater core away? Let's make a list? Well, some day you will need some extra cooling(yes, heater core is another radiator) you will "discover" your blunder. Some day when you will not see much thru windshield you will think twice about it.There may be few other reasons why heater is there besides warming your body parts. Of course you are totaly free to do whatever Enough said Leon 85 Subwagen
