You have a lot on your plate, but for future reference, you should check for spark from the coil into the distributor before looking at individual cylinder spark. Its just a better first step because then you can say for sure that the coil is not producing a spark, rather than maybe a cylinder wire, or even the rotor or cap being bad.

Not wishing to be persnikity, just wanted to point that out.
