Subject: The good trickle charger
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed

Hi folks,

I want a no-brainer charger -- 'cause I'm a no-brain kinda guy -- that I can connect to the Westy's main and aux batteries and if I forget about it, not have to worry that it might have boiled the electrolyte away or anything.

I searched the Vanagon archives pretty thoroughly for this before posting without finding what I hope to find: a recommendation for a good trickle charger, or description of the type of technology or features I should be looking for.

(Watch -- whenever I make a statement like "I searched the archives," someone helpfully forwards a compilation of 8,000 posts on that exact subject.)
