I agree with Malcom in almost every regard. However the poster mentions
a green gauge so he has the early RM182A Dometic and probably no flame
led on his led panel. Some kind of blockage of the vent tubes is his
most likely problem. The flame lights, uses up the oxygen faster than
the vent can replace it, then flame goes out.
