I use the plastic assembly after cutting out the middle part where the water hose would go. That way the door still covers the fan opening until you need it open. I mount the fan to the back side of the plastic part and connect the fan wires to the wires for the main fridge fan. To see the sheet metal hole just remove the screws holding the assembly to the side of the van and pull it out. Mark Vince S wrote: >Mark, > >That is a very good idea!
