Andrew, Shawn for the SF area converted a RHD Tristar to LHD. He changed the whole front floor section. Wiper holes were welded up; new holes drilled. You are also missing shifter in your list of things to change. Steering knuckles (aka suspension uprights.) Rightside door handle will lock w/o key. Sliding door will be on the wrong side. Headlights dip the wrong way. Front interior light on wrong side. Maplight can be changed with dash. Speedo cable. Flip-flop front bench if equipped w/ 2 person front bench. Power mirror & window controls and wiring if so equipped..... Starting to sound like too much trouble IMHO.
