We were thinking of doing this on my 85 GL... some of the dammage that I got one winter tore up a seam and the rust is getting bad there. In order to fix the problem, Fred suggested that we just eliminate the seam and then we wouldn't have to worry about searching for a pannel that doesn't exist. (to purchase) Then clean up the rest of the 'gon to get rid of any other seam rust and make the whole thing match. -Dawn
