I don't see no stinking big tires he mentioned. I don't even know how feasible to put a Maxima engine in the Vanagon. Also how can the AC gushing water. I can see it dribble if the drain hose is dislodged. There are many suspicious points in the story such as leaving a shaver charger plugged in the cigarette lighter is a no no.

This is a blatant scam.

Excellent point. I haven't read thru the article but read the part about the AC hose disconnected. He sure sound like the AC at the back.

Is this a scam for folks to donate money? Does have that smell.

If you look closely at the pictures, the Westy does NOT have the Air Conditioner in the ceiling at the rear. It has the storage locker. Yet in the story he talks about the A/C being in that location.
