By brake job you really did a "break" job ;-)

I've tried drill this out myself but was not able to clean it out. The darn bleader is so encrusted that you cannot do it while on the van.

I ended up gettin a brand new caliper and getting my mechanic to fight with the installation. $150 latter the van was fine.

I also ran around for a while with the broken bleeder. It was broken shut so I just loosened the brake fluid line on the caliper to get the air out of the line instead. This worked.
