There's an adjusting screw that clamps the bottom hinge pin, just tighten
it a little.  The catch is it's facing outboard right next to the door
skin.  A small Vise-Grip with crisp edges will seize the screw-head from
the side -- you don't have to move it much.  Less than half a turn IIRC
goes from definitely too loose to quite tight.
