Hi all, I keep getting friendly emails from people suggesting I come visit them in places I've just left, or referring me to lovely coffee houses with fresh roasted coffee and free wireless internet access in towns I can't even see in my rear view mirror any more. So I thought I'd take the liberty of sending an email around with my upcoming schedule, more or less. If anyone knows of good coffeehouses along the way, or if you're interested in meeting up, please email before I get to the targeted destination! I'm interested in meeting fellow vanagonauts, so feel free to get in touch, I'd be delighted to hear from you. Now - in Mitchell, SD (where the Corn Palace is much less than it's cracked up to be, IMHO, and the coffee is stale). Next week or so - heading due west, to the Badlands, the Black Hills, then into southern Wyoming. After that - weather permitting I may head to Yellowstone, so I'll be meandering across Wyoming in late September-early October. After that - or if the weather is bad before that - I'll be heading south from Wyoming with Ft. Collins and then Boulder, CO as my destination. After that, who knows? Possibly some honest-to-goodness paid work (a few weeks in Vietnam), otherwise, south west across Utah and then maybe Las Vegas to meet friends, then maybe find Larry Chase somewhere, I dunno. I can't plan that far ahead. So, please direct me to the good coffee spots before I get to them! :-)
