The stchick is... the great rolling law that exempts vehicles over 30YO from emissions test is gone. Any vehicle after 1976 will never have this dispensation. All vehicles that are exempt now from the testing will stay that way. My 84... never have a chance. I see a couple more years, then it's time to do a Soobie conversion as emissions and fuel system parts for the 84 will eventually dry up. The 81? Never gonna happen. Thank you Ahnalld.
